We came up with something quick this yr to give to the kids teachers and friends.... The peeps fit perfectly in the snack size baggies.... and I found the toppers on a blog so it was quick and easy but I think they turned out really cute. The kids were upset we didn't have any left over for them to eat. Not too bad for 50 cents a piece.
