I know this is late. But I love this picture of Chy when I dropped her off at EFY. She was waiting for her roommate to show up....
We got her cute new sheets and a pillow and blanket for the event to make her feel more at home.

I can't remember if I posted these already. These are taken as I dropped both of the girls off for school. Wow, I sure don't have small kids anymore.
This was the hair-do I did on a girl that called me from another ward in town. Chy knew her, but I had never met her.....so I was honored she called me to ask her to do her hair for Homecoming. I think it turned out so cute and I think she liked it. I know I did. She was such a sweet girl. Unfortunately you can't see all the detail that we did up top... it isn't just pulled up... there are a lot of pieces that overlap and form a really cute top.
For some reason I thought it would be fun to make 120 cupcakes for the cast of Mulan..... Why I thought that would be fun is beyond me.
And of coarse.... I couldn't take the easy route... I made 4 different kinds.... Pink Lemonade, Root-beer, Tye dyed and regular. Then to make it more complicated... we made the paper kimonos and parasols that chy drew Chinese symbols onto and then glued each one to a toothpick to add to the cupcakes.
It was hard work but fun....

I made these for my Activity Day girls. I had a lot of fun making these. The cupcakes are yellow and orange striped and white frosting.... like candy corns. The pumpkins and ghosts are oreo truffles covered in chocolate. They were so fun to make each one of the faces!
I put Piper in Chy's hood while she was doing homework and Piper just sat there.... It was so cute. The sweater was given to Chy by her cousin Siera. It's so fun when she wears it as we can think of her cousin all day... Now we have a picture of it.
Her toenails matched her dress......AHHHH!

As I am leaving.... the kids are getting ready to leave...
We were hoping that Chyanne would get to play in Who's Tommy that was being performed at TUTS.... but at the last minute it fell through. But then again.. at the last min... she was invited to sit in the PIT for the performance. She had a lot of fun this time as her "sponsor" is a really nice guy and talked a lot to her and she even got to play the cowbell part in part of the song. So glad she got the chance to do it again.
I love this picture of Chy and her friends. This is Catherine, and Elizabeth. They are all French Horn players. Aren't they all such cute girls. I am SO glad Chy has some great friend.
