Need a Band Librarian?????

Chy decided to run for Band Librarian with her friend Megan this week. So I thought I'd share her cute posters that they made. She gave the kids Riesens candy's and then cupcakes the next day.......
Well unfortunately they didn't win...... they lost the election by only 3 votes!!!!!! Bummer!!!!
Now she can spend more time concentrating on Science Olympiad!!!!!!!! We might be calling our friends and family for info......... they play serious here for the Science Olympiad!

Don't eat toads!!!!!!

Ok we learned our lesson....... Don't let your dogs play with a toad you find by your door when you come home!
We thought it would be funny to let Piper play with a toad in the yard.. and Frodo joined in. We laughed at how scared they were of it when it would jump.... but then I guess Frodo got brave and must have tried to bite it..... he started to foam at the mouth and started freaking out! We hurried and jumped on the internet to see what was going on... then he had a hose stuck in his mouth to wash it out.... (which he did not really enjoy much).... he got his teeth brushed with minty fresh toothpaste and got to eat a peanut butter and jam sandwich ( as we were out of peanut butter in the pantry) . He ended up being ok....... nothing more than getting high and having blood shot eyes and being waterlogged.
Chy and I now know how to do pet CPR as we learned quick in case we needed to do it. We can laugh now... but it was a bit scary there for a hr or so.
Hope you get a laugh out of our learning experience.... I just hope he learned his lesson..... probably not!!!!!!
